About Rawon

Mobility for tier-2 cities

Pakistan's own ride-hailing service — on a mission to modernize how people move in cities that deserve better.

Our Story

Rawon started with a simple observation: in tier-2 cities across Pakistan, millions rely on bikes, rickshaws, and loaders every day — yet booking these rides remains fragmented and inconsistent. Large platforms often overlook smaller cities. We saw an opportunity to bring reliable, transparent ride-hailing to the places that need it most.

Our Mission

To make everyday travel in Pakistan's tier-2 cities safer, fairer, and more accessible — by connecting riders with verified drivers through technology that is simple to use and built for local conditions.

Our Vision

A Pakistan where getting from point A to point B — whether on a bike, in a rickshaw, or with a loader — is as effortless as opening an app. We envision Rawon becoming the trusted mobility platform for underserved cities across the country.

Why We Started Rawon

Pakistan's tier-2 cities are full of bikes, rickshaws, and loaders — yet riders often struggle with unpredictable pricing, unverified drivers, and no way to track their trip. Drivers lack a steady platform to find customers and earn fairly.

Rawon was founded to bridge that gap. We are building the infrastructure — mobile apps, driver verification, real-time matching, and transparent fares — that both riders and drivers in smaller cities deserve. We are not trying to reinvent mobility. We are making the mobility that already exists work better.

Future Goals

Our launch focus is ride-hailing for bikes, rickshaws, and loaders in tier-2 cities. As we grow, we plan to explore additional services that complement our core platform:

  • Food Delivery
  • Courier Delivery
  • Corporate Mobility

These are part of our long-term roadmap. We will only expand into new services when our core ride-hailing platform is stable and serving riders and drivers well.
